I've been to this Dock's location before, but visited today specifically because they are participating in Chicago Black Restaurant Week (yay!) I was pleasantly greeting by a gentleman at the register (wish I would've gotten his name to place here) and he had amazing customer service with a great personality to boot. I ordered two Fishwiches and they did not disappoint! Although I received a nice discount for the Chicago Black Restaurant Week, it was not reflected in a reduction on portion size or quality. The fish was fluffy and fried to perfection, bread was nice and soft, and the fixings on the Fishwich were great. My Aunt asked me to write a review (she is 83 years old) to tell everyone how much she enjoyed her sandwich. Keep up the great work!
I order the two whole catfish dinner and a pan of sea nuggets fish. It was fresh and very good. I really enjoyed it.
Great food. The atmosphere is very family oriented. They stay crowded. That speaks for itself.
So good. My food taste just like it came off the 87th location that is no longer around. friendly customer service food was fresh and hot and delicious. I was afraid to try this location because the one in Country Club Hills did not taste good at all, but this one did not disappoint
Nene was an excellent associate. She exhibited great patience & excellent customer service for customers that were not sure about what they wanted & asked questions which she answered so kindly. I don’t always see this kind of attitude. It was very refreshing.
Visited this location last Saturday and let me tell you something, if you want some good fish... seasoned to perfection and fried just right. This is the spot...staff was very courteous and engaging...definitely will be going back
